We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. We are more than just a chiropractic office. We are proud to offer chiropractic services, physical therapy rehabilitation, spinal decompression therapy, and nutritional counseling. Each visit in our office you will not only get adjusted by Dr. Mitchell, but you will get to spend time in our amazing massage chairs with a heat pack to help relax your muscles, get hooked up to electrical muscle stim (feels like an electric "massage"), and get a very relaxing few minute massage with an excellent hand held massager. Some patients, depending on their condition, will also receive other therapies such as ultrasound, spinal decompression, and exercise rehabiliatation. Our goal is to exceed your expectations on what a chiropractic office can do for you and how it can make you feel. Even if you have been to a chiropractor in the past, this office is probably much different and we hope you feel that it is much better. Also, please enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or a bottled water courtesy of us. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We accept almost all insurance plans, including but not limited to: BCBS, Aetna, United, Midland's Choice, Medicare, Coventry, Medicaid (Title 19), Principal, Cigna, Humana, auto accident insurance, as well as work comp insurance. There are too many plans to list and each plan is different. As a courtesy to you, we will call on your behalf and find out exactly what your chiropractic benefits are in our facility. If you do not have insurance, we have cash plans that will make your care affordable. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
